This is 42 Groundhogs' (42 GH) Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy, which supplements each of 42 GH's Production / Design Agreements for which web hosting and / or domain name registration is included. Every web-hosting or domain name registration customer of 42 GH hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of this Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy.

Because 42 GH hosts its sites through a third-party web hosting company, 42 GH has no control over the servers on which its websites are hosted. 42 GH HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SECURITY VIOLATIONS AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE OUR WEB-HOSTING SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, INTERNET CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR WEB-HOST'S SERVER, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRAR PROBLEMS, DNS CACHING, INTERNET BANDWIDTH CONGESTION, POWER FAILURES AND NATURAL DISASTERS.

These terms and conditions apply to all of our web-hosting customers and are subject to change at any time. As such, 42 GH web hosting clients are advised to check back to the Servint Internet Services site periodically in order to apprise themselves of any new and relevant information.

42 GH clients, by utilizing 42 GH's third-party web hosting services through Servint Internet Services, agree that they shall, at their own expense, hold harmless and defend 42 GH for any claim of breach or claim for trademark or copyright infringement in violation of the terms and conditions of Servint Internet Services. Each client shall indemnify and hold 42 GH harmless for those violations attributed specifically to their web hosting account or domain name and shall defend 42 GH whether or not the claim is valid. Clients shall pay all resulting damages.

42 GH reserves the right to modify the terms of this Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy at any time. Our client's use or continued use of our web hosting and domain name registration services after said changes are posted on our website at http://42gh.com shall constitute their acceptance of these terms.
